In recent years,extensive attention has been paid to Internet of Things.The concept,history and devel-opment of Internet of Things were introduced firstly.The network architecture and the service system were described then,including two of the most representative architectures,the EPC Global Internet of Things architecture and the Ubiquitous ID complex networking system.The key technologies of Internet of Things were analyzed,including RFID technology,sensor network and detection technology,intelligent technology and nano-technology.Finally,this paper gave the future prospects of Internet of Things technology,as well as its facilitating role to human life,industrial devel-opment,scientific and technological progress.
