    图像定位校正是基于机器视觉的印刷电路板缺陷检测方法重要组成部分,可有效提高缺陷检测系统的自动化程度。针对传统定位校正方法准确率较低等问题,提出一种基于多方向改进Sobel算子的PCB图像定位校正方法。首先,采用多方向改进Sobel算子对PCB图像的G通道进行边缘信息提取;其次,对边缘图像进行二值化处理,并结合中值滤波提取图像轮廓,实现PCB区域定位;最后,结合感兴趣区域采用仿射变换实现整幅图像校正。实验结果表明,多方向改进Sobel算子具有更好的边缘检测效果,而采用本文提出的图像定位校正评价函数发现,本文提出的PCB图像定位校正算法优于现有主要方法,有效地提高了图像定位校正的准确率。

    Abstract:

    Image orientation rectification method is an important part of PCB defect detection method based on machine vision, which can effectively improve the automation of defect detection system. Aiming at the low accuracy of traditional positioning rectification methods, a PCB image orientation rectification method based on multi-directional improved Sobel operator was proposed. Firstly, multi-directional improved Sobel operator was adopted to extract the G channel edge information of PCB image. Then, the edge image was binarized and the image contour was extracted through the median filter to realize the orientation of PCB region. Finally, the whole image was corrected by affine transformation based on the region of interest. The experimental results showed that the multi-directional improved Sobel operator proposed had better edge detection effect. Using the proposed evaluation function for image orientation rectification proposed, it was found that the PCB image orientation rectification algorithm was superior to the existing methods, and the accuracy of image orientation rectification improved effectively.
